The gentleman who checked me in was thorough, fast and professional and I was in my room in no time. Having miles to travel the next day, I appreciated the hot breakfast that was available early, 5:30 AM. The shower and bathroom were recently renovated and worked perfectly.

the front desk manager was excellant. we had issues with the booking date and booking.com he tried to help us but in the ned i paid Holiday inn as well as booking.com but he really went out of his way to resolve the issue
